Are you using a PostgreSQL database? If so this means that postgres isn't running.
Please try starting the postgres service: Start -> Programs -> PostgreSQL -> Start Service.
If that, and a reboot doesn't work, try stopping the service (Start -> Programs -> Postgres -> Stop Service), running a search on your computer for postmaster.pid and then deleting that file, then restarting the service and see if that helps.
Note that you may need to turn on 'View hidden files and folders', and the file seems to be in the folder './Program Files/postgresql//data'.

thx for your answer

Ive tried what u told me and I cant neither start nor stop the services. However I deleted the file you told me to and its still the same error messege I get when I start or stop it. I have the german SQL but it says"systemerror 5 has occured. access denide" I see this messge coming off when I try to start or stop the service. Is there anything else I can try? Just dont want to reinstall and lose my DBs again :(

Did this error just start happening? I mean was it fine yesterday and now it's not? Did you change anything on your computer?

Have you been making regular backups?

nah no backups at all lol -.- just have the HHs saved trhough the "moved processed files...." option. Jeah its kinda weird because I was compressing my stars DB 3 days ago and it was working fine and I closed the window. PTO was still opened and when I tried to close it to it didnt and crashed. I was not playing on that day anymore as it was evening but played the day after that what was yesterday and it worked fine but today I got this messege so I doubt it has something to do with this crash but might be obv.

I'm not sure what else to say. It sounds like you need to reinstall PostgreSQL. Then if you lose your stats you can reimport all the hands from your processed folder.
