How do I get PTv2 to work on certain stars tables

currently it does not work for the "minimum" tables on stars
Stars recently started doing minimum buyin tables and pt or pahud isn't displaying on those tables I was wondering how to go about fixing that

Are you sure PT doesn't import these hands? I've seen other say that PokerAce doesn't work there, I haven't seen anyone say that PT doesn't import the hands.
