Id changed and know PT doesnt work

When I downloaded the new updates from PT there was a message that said that registration might change and a new code would be necessary. It is frustrating enought that you need a new code to get the software running but after two emails I have still not received any notification. So I guess it is difficult to follow the update guidlines NOT TO PANIC!?? :(
