Missing Win Pct. Module

I followed the steps from the post about it and it's still not working. Any thoughts?

Are you using Vista? It doesn't work with Vista.

I am using Vista, but tried the method for the 3rd time doing a couple things differently and I'm happy to say I got it to work.
