Tournie Summarys/Importing Errors/Filters

Hey

I just started using Tracker and its great however i am having a few issues:

*I am not receiving tournament summaries (ie the first section of the general tab where it tells me about my Net winnings, tournament winnings etc)

*When I open the Tournie/Ring game Stats, nothing appears until i go the the preferences tab and click 'Remove all Filters'. How do I get it to always remove all filters so I dont always have to press it in order to retrieve my stats?

*Everytime I import hand histories for tournament summaries, it always says there are errors. I mean I'm getting stats into the database, however when i go to the error log it tells me all these errors such as 'no turn found for tournament game #197845632, or no river found or no flop found etc etc). What is causing this and how to I fix it?

I have the same problem. It doesn't register the buy-in! What can I do? It can't calculate my ROI and so on.

I have paid for PT2 using the email: [email protected] but I don't use it anymore as it is full of spam.
