Are you running the most recent version of PokerTracker 2?

If you are not runing 2.17.02A please download and install the patch from this link: PokerTracker 2.17.02a and see if that resolves your issue.

This is not a PT issue, it's being caused by the Idleminer HandGrabber program not putting the player names in the hand histories (leaves a blank name) so that is why PT gives the error. Please contact IM support about this.
