Some hands not importing from Hollywood

I noticed that some of my hands are not making it into my PT database for some reason. I am not sure how many, I only noticed because I went looking for one particular hand and it was not there (right after it happened so I did not forget hand). These are mostly full ring nl games with some five handed. The missing one(s) are from full ring. Any ideas why this might be happening?

P.S. Is there a way to separate my FR from my 5-handed in PT for Hollywood hands?

On the Utilities > Database Maintenance and Options window you can use the 6 max/5 max/1-on-1 Conversion button.
