Importing hands from Betfred (ipoker)

I just registered at Betfred but for some reason I am having difficulties importing the hh's. Maybe I am directing it to the wrong folder... As of now I am simply pointing it at the Betfred folder (which is actually storred in an awkward spot away from my other probgrams for some reason).

Could you be more specific than this??

What problems are you having exactly?
What version of PT?
How exactly are you trying to import the files? What window are you using?
What email was used to purchase PT? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

Thanks for the quick reply, as usual.
I am talking about version 2 (I just downloaded the newest patch 17.2, no help there). The product ID is FCBF-AFD0. I'd rather not display the e-mail address used on the forums (but I could e-mail it to you if you wish).When trying to import from Betfred (ipoker) I click on the ipoker icon and the auto import ipoker network window opens. I then click browse and find the Betfred folder (which, as I mentioned is stored in an akward location unlike all other sites). I only see this Betfred folder and no subfolders as I usually see for other sites.

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED: I finally found the subfolder! Sorry to bother you with this and thanks again for your outstanding support as always.
