New errors in Absolute Poker 1 table S&G

Postby Smoky » Mon Apr 27, 2009 12:33 am

Yesterday, after an AP update, I began getting errors again. I have saved exported error files and also hand histories for real money games.

I have version 2.17.03i

Should I download the patch from the 4/19 announcement? I have not played for a week or so and am not sure which AP update I now have.

I believe I said in my first message I already read your Apr19 sticky post. My question is should I download the patch referenced in that post?

Thanks.

If you are getting errors then why wouldn't you? Since you didn't bother to say what the errors were then I have no idea what to tell you other than to install the patch from the sticky at the top of this forum. If you still get errors, then tell me what they are exactly so I have some idea as to how to respond.

Ptrack:

In my initial post I also said," I have saved exported error files and also hand histories for real money games."

I guess I am getting off on the wrong foot and I apologize. I thought my initial post was letting you know I was confused and had additional info ready if you wanted to help me. I was afraid to download the patch until we figured out first if it would fix the problem.

At any rate, based on your last reply, I went ahead and applied the patch and it did indeed solve the problem. Again I apologize for taking such a cautious approach. I have been burned sometimes in other programs by applying patches I should not have applied.

You have a great program and I know you spend thousands of hours supporting us.
