Full Tilt hands not importing

i had the trial version of poker tracker downloading full tilt hand histories to my computer and even had acehud working. i decided yesterday to buy pokertracker. i uninstalled the trial version and installed the new version. i followed the installation directions found here http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/PTH/download.php and C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\help\v2h_importftp.html and some other install instructions from the forum. i also saw a couple videos on cardruners and i was able to confirm that i had the main install directions entered correctly in their proper fields. my hand history folder is in the full tilt folder in my program folder on my hard drive and the hand history options at full tilt are correctly showing the current location to save hand histories which is Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History\. i have tried to auto import and continue to se a message saying- no hand history files have been created/updated since the last import. thre are some files ending in .tmp in the hand history file(6 to be exact) but their not affecting anything. i have read through numerous posts and havn't been able to figure out whats going wrong. any help will be much appreciated.

Are you using Vista? If so, you need to be running ALL your poker software as administrator, see this FAQ

no i am not i am running windows xp. sorry i failed to mention that.

Go to the c:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History\[username] folder. Are there any text files there with the hand histories?

yes there is. there is one from a table i just opened and sat at. before i was trying to get the hand histories to come down from obseved tables so a folder with my user name hadn't been created yet. the text hand history from the one table is there but it hasn't changed anything in the poker tracker stats.

ty pat i figured it out! :) it seems i forgot to configure one of the fields correctly. there was a field i didn't fill in regarding where to grab my hands from. i got it going now. thx again :)
