PT2 and Pokerstars import error

Hi, I've previously imported around 25K hands into PT from PS.

That's not an error. It just means there are no email messages from PokerStars on your mail server. Did you already receive the emails from them into your mail client inbox? Also, is there a reason you aren't importing the hands directly from your hard drive since PokerStars will save them there now?

OK now hand histories loaded from my hard drive. However, cannot load tournament summaries from my e-mail: even though there are several there..I get the same error message as below.

Are you getting the emails sent to GMAIL?

You have manually requested the tournament summaries correct?? These are the ones that Stars send when you finish in the money are they? Because those are not the summaries that will import, you need to be requesting the summaries as detailed in this FAQ

I'm using summaries from PS. I'm requesting tournament histories (and personal playing stats).

This is what I've always done and I've never had any problems before, I'm still unable to load these tournament histories even though they are in my e-mail.

Go into your GMAIL account click on Settings then Forwarding and POP
Click the box that says "Disable POP" and apply the changes.
Then click the box that says "Enable POP on all email that arrives from now on" and apply the changes again.
Now, request another tournament summary from Stars and then use the POP3 button in PT to see if it gets the new summary then.
