how can i delete my database?

for any reason i want to delete my database and start all over again. after searching the forum i did not find the way how to delete my db and start a completely new one and remove the old one?

Use the File > Maintain Database Names window to start a new db. Click the help link at the top right corner of that window for more details on that.

You can then remove the pointer to the old database you don't want anymore. Make a note of the folder/file name in the last field before you remove the entry because if you want to actually delete the db file from the computer you will have to do that manually after removing the entry from this window.
