Error- Getting pre-flop information for game

Hello,

unfortunately I always get an error message for one important hand in my database. The error message is called: Error- Getting pre-flop information for game ...

I tried to find some information in the forum but I didn´t find a thread to this error. I already compared the HH-file with some other files from that day but I couldn´t find a difference.

Is there any chance to get this hand into my database?

What version of PT2?
What email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of this email address used for the site.

I copy/pasted this text to a file using Notepad, save it, open the File > Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries window in PT, used the Select Files To Import button to select the file I created and it imported fine without any errors.

I also tried to save the file with Notepad, Wordpad and Word (always txt-file) but it never works. I still get the error message. Maybe I save with the wrong encoding. Can you sent me your file to my email address.

The encoding needs to be ANSI not Unicode, make sure it's not being saved as Unicode.

Unbelievable only my systems seems to have a problem with that file. My brother can import the file without any error, too. So you think I should reinstall PT on my computer?

If you are using the same version as he is then reinstalling PT isn't going to do anything.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.03b from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
