Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there

Have it set to run as admin.

Running stars while playing and keep getting this:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 4 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

I go to ring game stats and all I see is a few hands imported but definitely not most

Is this a manual import or is it auto import? If auto, where are you getting the errors from and are you using Beta 17? If not, then your error is coming from the fact that stars changed the format of their hand histories in their recent upgrade and this is causing your error. You need to upgrade to beta 17 to fix this issue by closing pt3, then downloading beta 17 WITHOUT postgresql. Once downloaded, just run the installer and it will upgrade your software. There is no need to uninstall anything.

This is for poker tracker holdem v. 2 not 3.

I tried to import in another fashion and it was unable to import even a single hand. Is there a problem with start hh's?

OK, I'll move this to the PT2 forums then, but I think you probably just need the latest patch, which is stickied at the top of the PT2 section.

Open the error log window like the message tells you to do and list what the errors are.
