I have sent two emails that were unreturned on this, but I recently purchased PT3 and have already used my 30 day trial on PT2, therefore I cannot open PT2 and put the registrations code in. When I try to open PT2, it tells me that my trial version has expired, I can then either "Enter Key," or exit.

How do I register for PT2 if I cannot open it? I know how I would register if I could open it.

After I click Enter Key, what do I enter for key?

There is a link in the email you got with the PT3 key to let you claim your PT2/PAH licenses.

I might be a complete idiot, but how do I get my PT2 code if I cannot open PT2 because my 30 Day trial is over? Where can I find the "key number" for "enter Key."

Below are the instructions that I received in the e-mail, I cannot get to Help-> About because I cannot open PT2:


"FREE PokerTracker Holdem v2 and PokerAce Hud ClaimPlease fill out the below form to request your free version of PokerTracker Holdem v2 and/or PokerAce Hud.

Download and install PokerTracker Holdem v2.
In the PokerTracker Holdem v2 application go Help->About to locate your product ID.
Enter this product ID in the form below.
Click 'Requests My Codes'
Your PokerTracker Holdem v2 and PokerAce Hud registration codes will be emailed to you within 24 hours.


Registration codes can only be emailed to either your payment email address or your registered email address on this website."

IIRC your product ID should be on the splash screen that opens when you run PT2.

I can't run PT2, my 30 day trial is over. That is the problem, can't run or open PT2.

When you start PT2, don't you get a screen pops up telling you your trial is over and asking you to register?
There should be a product code on there, and a way of entering your key.

Ok still don't have this figured out yet. Please be more specific how I register PT2 if my Trial is over. In the above quote, where is "on there" for the product code. Once I figure out what to put in the PT2 Enter Key section, I then can use the link that I received when I purchased PT3 to register for PT2, correct?
