New Pc- New PT?

I bought myselft a new laptop. I want to play poker on it. Now i need PT2 and PokerAce Hud. I already got this 2 softwares on my old pc.

1. Do I have to pay for both again?

2. How can I send my pokerhands from one pc to another?
