Stats not updating

Could someone please help me with a HUD problem? I posted about this nearly 3 hours ago and have not received a response yet. My original problem was that no stats appeared on my table. Now they do appear but do not update. I have searched the forums, used the wizard and have not been able to solve this myself. I am playing on pokerstars. I use Vista and run as administrator. I use PT2 and run that as administrator. My hands are importing into PT2. I don't know what else I can do. I am begging now. Please, please, please can someone in charge on this site help me out? Thank you.

I'm having the same trouble.

All stats are appearing at a table, including my own. Some stop updating. When I check in PT, a player will have 50 or 100 hands, but PAHUD shows onlly like 10. Others on the table are correctly updating.

I'm using PA HUD 1.19.6 Beta, with windows XP. (FWIW, using PT 2.17.02a, but that should be irrevelant, as the hands are correctly updating there).

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

I turned on the logger and played a single table for over 100 hands, and it worked fine.

But after playing for an hour or so on 3 tables, it started doing it again (not updating players). One player had like 30 hands, and no stats were showing for him.

Can I use the logger with 2-4 tables running, and stop it when I realize that stats are not updating?

Yes, that's OK, but please make a note of the time you see the problem, and which table and player it is for. A screenshot of the table would help too.
Make sure you take a copy of the PAHud.log and don't restart PAH or it will be overwritten.
