Yes, the database cache can take that time, especially if you are trying to play while building the cache. That is why we highly recommend to build the cache overnight or when you will be away from your computer for awhile. You cannot close the window during the cache creation because that would corrupt the entire caching process then you would need to start from the beginning.

After you force shutdown the cache creation, it more than likely corrupted the files.

Lets first enable logging then delete the files and start from scratch.

Open 'My Computer', browse to your main PokerAce Hud directory then go Data/Config. Open 'PAHud.cfg' in Notepad and change the line 'Logging=N' to 'Logging=Y'. File->Save.

Then go to your main PokerAce Hud directory /Data/temp. Delete any file named DBCache*.*

Start PokerAce Hud and the cache should begin to be recreated from the beginning. If it does not complete or there are errors, please do not shut it down. Instead send me the PAHud.log file, located in your main PokerAce Hud directory, via the [url=http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/44h]Support system[/url44h] so that I can troubleshoot what is causing the problem.
