No pop up stats - your software is getting depressing

What is wrong with your software? Needless to say it has been unbelievably disaapointing lately. Forget compatibility issues with Cereus and UB, but now when i left click on someones name on stars, i can't see their pop up stats. I ahve to struggle with a thousand clicks before i get to see anything, if i even do (usually i don't once it happens). Problems never seem to get resolved and new ones constantly keep popping up

I am using all the latest betas.

Are you using the latest PAH version 1.19.10?

Have you got the correct setting for how you use pokerstars on the Layout Manager -> Options menu?
Is the table showing as the correct size in the main PAH window? e.g. if it is 6-max, does it say (6 max) in the main window?

If you still can't get the popups to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
