PAH on tournaments

Postby Karotten » Fri Oct 03, 2008 12:06 pm

Im sorry if this subject has been discussed elsewere, but i couldnt find any posts regarding my problem:

I cant get PAH working in tournaments. I just ordered and installet PT3, build 3.0 (89$ if i remember correct), and i cant get it to show in tournaments.
It works fine in cashgame, after a few seconds i can se the "PT" marker at the top of the table, but nothing happens in tourneys.

The configurations are the same on both Cash and tourney games in PT3..

Is it simply because AHUD dont work on tourneys?

PAHud questions only - NOT PT3 HUD.

What version of PT3 are you running?
What poker site?
Do the tournament hands import OK?
Actually, if you see the PT-icon then it's probably a filters issue.
MAke sure your site is installed in English, and check that the filters on HUD Options aren't stopping stats being shown. e.g. Minimum Hands not too high, uncheck 'show stats from current limit only'.

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
