I'm sorry if this is a repost, but I did search for a bit and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I want to know if there is a report that will tell me how well I'm running in terms of flips AIPF in tournaments.

You can filter for all-in preflop hands but you can't filter for specific opponents' cards so you can't really filter for "flips" as such.

OK, well how can I make the reports that are in the repository work for tournaments instead of cash games?

You will need to recreate them - in the cash section; you can't copy/convert them to cash.
Download an import the cash version and see how it is built.
