Im trying to create a statistic that will show me the times villain has bet more than half of the pot on flop (and similar statistics like these)

The problem is that i can't find any variable of bet amount so that I will create a stat like this: bet_amount_on_flop / pot_on_flop > 0.5 ..

The database field you want is:
holdem_hand_player_detail.val_f_bet_made_pct
..which is the size of the bet as a percentage of the pot size.
There are other similar fields in the database too. Look for amt_f_bet_made (in the same table) etc for absolute amounts bet or raised.
