Conditional statement to handle currency conversions

Postby Dsdnv » Tue Aug 04, 2009 10:36 am

Hello,

I play mainly in IPN network which has tables in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, TRY, GBP). I'm trying to make custom stat for my player summary page which shows my winnings converted into just one currency (EUR) as currently I have to filter out one currency at a time to see how much profit/loss and rakeback I've made during certain month. My problem is that I don't know how to make a string comparison expression to see if the limit_id contains for example YTL (short for turkish currency). I play LHE in a lot of different limits depending on how games are running so I need the conditional expression to return true for ANY limit of certain currency (the limit id's are in format "€15/€30", "YTL10/YTL20").

I'd really appreciate it if someone with more experience in SQL and PT3 custom stats could help me out!

You might want to take a look in this thread (and possibly send Tenisi a PM).
