Made hand flop

Postby carlos50 » Thu Jul 23, 2009 2:59 pm

Im trying to make a made hand flop stat to use in a holdem cash player statistics report. I am a bit lost, can I get a little guidance?

I am aware that i can filter for it, but i would like to get it in one report like if you add position. I am completely new to SQL

What exactly do you want to do with this stat?
Do you want to group your report so that you have your stats for each type of made hand on the flop?

There is already a "Made Hand Flop" stat in the Holdem Cash Hands section so have a look how that is built.
If you build a similar column in the Holdem Cash Player Statistics section and check the 'Group By' option then it should do what you want.

I wanted to see how i proceed dependant on what i flop.

I did just that, PT is unable to execute the query. I created a statistic with the following expression.

if ( flg_p_fold, 10, val_f_hand_group )

I created both columns as well

It works OK for me, although I think to get it to group correctly may need some more work.
Where do you see the error? Is this when you add it to a report? Which report?

I copied the exact expression from the val_f_hand_group column - ah, I think I know what the problem will be.. I didn't bother with the flg_p_fold bit, and that won't work in the same way in this section. The best thing to do will be to leave it out and filter so that you only show hands where you saw the flop.
Or you could check for seeing the flop when you're building the val_f_hand_group column I guess.
