statisitics division problem

Postby mgillett » Sun May 24, 2009 8:11 pm

I have two columns and corresponding statistics defined - which are essentially sums of money won over various hands.

I'd like to get a ratio of the two final sums only - is that possible.?

I tried creating a new statistic which divides the two - but I couldn't get it to work - it didn't like the divide for some reason ?- I was thinking it might be because the two sums are over different sets of data.

I hope this makes sense.

Do you have it like this?

Stat1 = columnA / columnB
Stat2 = columnC / columnD

..and you want..

Stat3 = Stat1 / Stat2
?

You would have to do:

Stat3 = (columnA / columnB) / (columnC / columnD)

IF that's not what you mean, please explain in more detail.
