Question for requested stat

Forgive me for not knowing jack about this stuff. I was just wondering if there was any way to get a stat for the hud that changes in relation to what someone's VPIP is from that position at any given time. Like player X is utg it will display his utg vpip. When he's in the C/o it will display is c/o vpip etc...

No, you can't currently have stats that change based on position.
You can build these stats, though, and Kraada's excellent How To: Advanced HUD Configuration includes positional stats in a popup.
