No, this is not currently possible. PT3 does not base any information on the current hand, so it doesn't read the current blinds and show different stats.
We've had requests for this kind of thing and hopefully some further options like this will be possible at some point, but I can't say when.

PT3 still does not have any access to the data in the current hand, all data that PT3 has is from previous hands that have been imported.
