PT3 download options

Why am I given a choice to download with or without PostgresSQL?

Is one option better than the other for me?

I am a Vista user and will NOT be importing an existing database, just starting fresh with PT3?

I see many people having problems with the PostgresSQL so should I install without?

If you don't have postgres installed, you NEED to use the "with postgres" version.
If you have it, use the "without" version.
