I cannot get PT3 to work and I'm pretty sure the problem is with postgreSQL

I have vista...and i checked the vista thread here but the link did not work...every time i'd try to install it, it'd tell me to install it through the main MSI file or w/e...

this is really getting frustrating as I've been trying to get this to work for a really long time and nothing is working,

help please...

If you manually downloaded PostgreSQL 8.2.7 as a zip file you will need to extract the zip contents and double-click to run the file named 'postgresql-8.2.msi'.
