unable to downlaod postgresSQL

just installed pt3 on my desktop and prompted me to download postgressSQL. Its starts downloading but stops at 7% progress and when I try to stop it it wont go away on the screen. When I try to stop or start pt3 is says its still running and I have to reboot to get rid of the download on screen. please help.

You can download PostgreSQL directly from here, just follow the instructions in our reinstallation guide to get everything installed.
