Can´t uninstall Postgre

Hi,
i upgrated pt to pt3.
pt i used with access database.
now i have massiv problems.
when i install Pokertracker 3, postgresql don´t get installed. But when i open Pokertracker 3, there is a popup, with postgesql configuration. but i dont have postgresql installed. It´s possible that i had installed it long time ago, but i already uninstalled it and deleted all files.
Do you know how i can fix this?
