Poker Tracker won't let me register

Hi, I bought poker tracker on one e-mail and registered an account (this one). I ended up getting a refund because I have a Mac and Party Poker didn't have a mac downloadable software. Now they do, so I decided to purchase PT3 again. I used my other e-mail address when purchasing and now PT3 keeps telling me to go to the website and buy the full version. It's getting very frustrating and it seems like it should be simple to just go 'register' and enter my registration code...

Can anyone help?

Your new registration code should work properly - what error are you getting when you put it into PT3?
