I've been away for awhile and just started back. Had hard time finding a place to play because of my governor's big mouth. Every thing is fine except rating players. I start the request and everything appears OK. Except the process gets about 60% complete(by length of progress bar) and just sits there and grinds. Help please!

That's definitely not normal. Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.
