Everest Poker Rake Calculation

I have recently signed up for everest poker. However I have found a discrepancy between the total I have earned in poker tracker is different to what it says in Everest. Is this due to a problem with the rake calculation and if so s there a solution?

The number shown in PT3 is the amount of rake taken out of pots where you won (commonly called Winner Take All rake). Are they using a different calculation method? That would explain the discrepancy.
