Unable to execute query?

Postby Jaypea88 » Wed Jan 25, 2012 12:06 am

Hey

I get this message when im oppening Texas holdem -> tourneyment tab and choose to display "Tournaments -by time";

Unable to execute query: SELECT (tourney_holdem_summary.ID_tourney) etc etc...

It doesnt show this in ALL the other different tabs or when i choose cash games.

What should i do to fix this?

This could be caused by a custom stat in that report - try clicking the spanner/wrench icon to the right of the report and click the Reset to Default button.
If that doesn't fix it please report your problem so that we can see the full error in your log file.

That didnt fix it. And now i have a new problem, it looks like when im playing cash games it doesnt properly record my sessions, its like I am another "hero" at the table, and yes, my screenname has always been on top. That bug report looks to be insane to make, takes to long time. Isnt it any guidelines for this? Ive also tried updating to 3.8 version or whatever it is, but it doesnt work.

This is a known issue with PokerStars as a result of their software update this morning.

Please update to our latest beta - 3.11.9, purge any hands played today, then reimport them from the original hand histories and that will resolve this error.
