Problem importing

hello,
I come from Italy and did not speak English so I'm using a translator, I apologize for any errors.
I have a problem importing Ongame hands.
The hands are saved in a folder within which you create .Txt file for each session played. When I import these files directly PokerTracker .txt file that says where I'm importing has a wrong format.
How do you solve the problem?

Do you have those hands saving in English? PokerTracker cannot read hands in other languages.
