PT3 Unable to import message

I'm connecting to my email accoutn to download the tournament summaries but after I check all the checkboxes and choose to import, I get "Unable to download email message. Reason: Unable to retrieve message 25"(this is on the first selected email that I get the error) I think it has lost connection to the email server but don't know why? I'm using yahoo for what it's worth.

Please advise!

Please report this problem so that we can investigate for you further. The log file will give us more information regarding exactly what is succeeding and what is failing and we will know more when we can see it.
