Registration problem

I bought pokertracker after the 60 days but i had uninstall the program, and postgresql too. It s ok now for postgre but hen i try poker tracker, i see
critical error: Poker tracker was unable to contact the registration serveur to confirm...
I looked my fireall and i think it's ok...
Can you help me
