Tournament summaries problem

Hi, I requested my tournament summaries for the year on PokerStars and they sent me 2 .htm files (for regular MTT and for SNG).

I tried doing the manual import (from files) and it didn't work (Unrecognized file format.)

What should I do?

It depends on the type of file - if you have actual tournament summaries then they need to be in plain text, but if you requested an audit file then it needs to be in CSV format. If you requested a whole year I suspect it is an audit file - try requesting it again from the PokerStars lobby menu, and choose .csv format.
