Missing Turn Card

Playing on the Merge network. Had a connection issue mid-hand that resulted in the turn card not being recorded in the history. Is there any way to correct this hand? Unlike PS where I could request my history in an email, and re-import, Merge doesn't seem to offer this as a remedy. Suggestions?

If you know what the turn card was, and any other information (such as betting actions) which was missed you can edit the hand history file to add it. You will be able to see the format you need to use from the other hands, but if you need help with it please compress the full original hand history file and attach it to a Support ticket, and tell us the detail of what was missed and we'll help you out.
