whats wrong with the support of this site?

i asked a question and now i what 2 days and no answer is coming? my hub doesnt work so my import, i payed money for this complicatet programm, and if i cant get my questions i asked the support i want my money back! first it works great and i didnt do anything an one day nothing works more.
