i just bought fking pt3 micro version and it crahses nonstop i dont get the hud ingame and i dont know how to fking make a good hud with good color ranges cuz it doesnt fucking works

cant i get my money back its like the most buggy program ever i read every guide and still nothing works so fucking pissed right now

What version of PT3 did you download? If you didn't download our latest Beta, I'd recommend using that version - we have fixed many issues since 3.10 and 3.11.6 should work considerably better for you.

All you should need to do to get the HUD working is to open PT3 and click the Begin Auto Import button on the Auto Import tab once everything is configured. If you're having trouble configuring your sites, please see the Configuration Guides on our documentation page - they will walk you through what you need to do for each site we support.

If your hands are importing and you do not see a HUD, please consult our HUD FAQ which lists all of the common reasons for this kind of behavior.

i click auto import and i get no hud .

also how am i supposed to know the ranges of everything to determine the colorranges etc aint there a picture guide im not native english and i dont understand what to do.

Please try these steps:

• Make sure your hands are being auto imported.
  Check the Configuration Guide for your site in the Documentation.
  PT3 Importing FAQ

• Your poker client must be installed in English (not just writing hand histories in English). Please re-install it and choose English if you are given the option.

• If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, make sure that both PT3 and your poker client are configured to Run As Administrator.
  Disabling 'User Account Control' (UAC) makes things easier, but you still need to run all your poker software as administrator.

• On the Configure HUD / HUD Options:
  
  • Check the Filters section: Disable "Show stats for current limit only".
  • Set "Minimum Hands Required" low - you will not see stats for a player until they have this many hands in your database. Note: if you are using multiple databases, the minimum hands must be in BOTH database individually, not combined.
  • Make sure the correct database(s) is/are selected.

If you still can't get the HUD to appear please report your problem so that we can check your configuration and troubleshoot the issue.

Regarding the colors, coloring is a personal preference and there are no default colors set up - for different game types and different limits, you might prefer different things. If you want to add colors to match your preferences, please see this tutorial which explains how to do it.

the hud works now no idea how or what it shows but it still crashes everytime i use it

Then please follow the instructions on the report link above - crashing errors are very rare at this point and we need your log files in order to troubleshoot further.
