PT3 stopped working

So what happened is this: first I had updated my Zone Alarm firewall, I don't believe that did anything, but then I used this program called Ccleaner. Normally nothing bad happens when I use that program, but now I believe that it possibly may have removed something that causes PT3 to not start anymore. When I try to open PT3, it starts off normally, but the program itself never gets started. No error reports, no nothing. It seems that the program is supposed to be running, but it's using on 22,696kb and 0% processor, and the program never opens up. If I try to open it again, I get a message saying that PT3 is alreday running.

So basically I think I now need to uninstall it, and the install it back again, because I don't know how I could fix the problem. I tried installing the latest version that I didn't have yet, but that didn't help, so hopefully removing PT3 might help. Basically my question is that do I just "normally" uninstall PT3, and then install the latest version and that's it? Or do I need to remover some other stuff, re-install something or such...

Ccleaner shouldn't cause problems with PT3.

Please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce and report the problem - you say it starts off starting up normally so if you see the logo that means you'll get a log file. Once we have the log file we'll have a much better idea of what is going wrong here for you.
