Small question.

How do the limits described in "Holdem: Micro Stakes" option translate into euro amounts? Can I, for example, play 11 euro SNGs etc, or are there lowe euro limits?

The numbers are the same for major currencies - they only vary for some currencies where the exchange rate is high.
So if you can import $11 tournaments then you can import €11 too.
