Computer freezes while Housekeeping

Hi

Ive tried to make a full housekeep (with all the options checked) and after 8 hours the housekeep still was going on. The windows clock stopped just about 10 minutes after starting the housekeep and if I tried to cancel it it would freeze at all (if it wasn´t touched the timer of the housekeep would work fine). When I shutdown my computer manually after 8 hours it was at vacuuming

I also tried a housekeep where only a rebuild cache and update cache was made but it also freeze..

What can I do?

I´ve also try to make a database backup and it has freeze too..

Click Start type event viewer, and click on it. In the top section on the left expand it and click on Applications. In the top middle section do you see any errors related to PostgreSQL? If so can you copy and paste the error text here for me?

Then could you please attach the most recent 5 files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\8.3\data\pg_log folder to a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you?

It has been solved, thanks. Also, it would be nice to know how long does a housekeep going to take. Would this be possible?

I would need considerably more information than that to be able to hazard any kind of guess - these kinds of estimates are very complicated which is why PT3 cannot give you an estimate of completion time when doing housekeeping

Ive done the reinstalling of postgresql 8.4 and reimporting all the hands plus the housekeep. Now im trying to export all my hands for security and PT3 is freezing when finishing the export of tournament hands (with the advanced tab). Seriously, im getting a lot of errors with the program. I think it should work better.

The export of cash hands (with the advanced tab) is working fine. Its just the tourneament export

I thought that was solved per your earlier post? It sounds like there may be damage to the database and we'll need the logs to diagnose the details.
