Access Violation Problem

Hello,
I am experiencing problems during imports. I have submitted a ticket to support with an attached log file, but I am still waiting on a response. While I wait on the response to the ticket, could you please shed some light as to what the following error might mean?

Access violation (0) (Flags: 16; Address: 0x0062f5cd; EIP: 0x0062F5CD) (Line #564)

This error occurs during imports of both HHs that I have purchased from PTR, as well as HHs that result from the export of HHs in an existing database. I have deleted and reinstalled postgres and PT3 twice now, and the error continues to occur. I am running PT3 v3.11.5, and I have tried both postgres 8.3 and 9.0.4, and the problem continues. Any thoughts here would be much appreciated.

That sort of thing happens when PT3 tries to access an address of memory that is no longer in use. We will investigate and track down the source of the bug causing this error and get it fixed.

Ive had the same thing in PT3 omaha v.3.10:


access violation (1) (Flags: 0; Address: 0x0060169b; EIP: 0x0060169B)(Line #582)

this keeps repeating every few seconds and refreshing with a new line. HUD seems to work and observable hands still work, but obviously a problem is occurring, what is it and how can it be fixed?

Please update to the latest version 3.11.5 Beta and if you see the same thing then try running Database > Housekeeping with the Reindex and Rebuild Cache options ticked in addition to the defaults. If that doesn't help please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
