Syncing problems on Poker Stars + HUD display problems

Hi,

Have imported and autoselected hands from Poker Stars, have even used My Documents folder as there were accessing problems on the installation folder. The database is fine but I can't get it to apply to individual hands-it shows my first game and nothing more. I can't get HUD for individual Poker Stars hand either on the site itself or displayed on Poker Tracker. I have paid the full price for this item and the tech support seems to be seriously lacking. Please help.

I'm sorry but I'm not entirely clear what your problems are - could you please explain in a little more detail, and maybe post screenshots to illustrate?

I appreciate your help, but I have paid in the region of $89.99 and this really wasn't the product I was looking for - something more user friendly and comprehensive. Which department do I contact about a refund?
