PT3 will not install postgresql

I installed PT3 having a previous version installed of postgresql from HEM so the database would not work. Since then i have tried everything to get the installer to reinstall postgresql but whatever I try it will not do it and just gives me unable to connect to this database. I even manually installed it and saw the process was running but still it would not work. I used this guide http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT ... greSQL.pdf to ensure that postgresql was completely uninstalled, emptied the recycling bin uninstalled PT3, restarted, and tried to install PT3 again and it did not install postgresql.


I am really at a loss here.. Thanks for any help.

Did all sections of the uninstall process complete successfully?
Have you tried installing PostgreSQL manually as described in the guide? That should let you use PT3.

If you still can't get things working please create a Support ticket and explain your problem, what you have working and what you don't, and one of our support technicians will work with you to get things sorted out.
