Error after updating to 3.11.4Beta

Hello everyone,

After updating to version 3.11.4 Beta i got the following message:

The registration code entered is invalid. Please copy and then paste the registration code provided to ensure accuracy.
If you have any questions or continue to experience difficulty, please contact PokerTracker Support.

Anyone any ideas on how to fix this?

There was a problem with the initial 3.11.4 release. Please re-download the installer for Beta 3.11.4 available on our Download Page and run the new file and install it overtop your current installation. Doing so should resolve your issue.

I've just downloaded it and I had to re-register. When I did I lost all of my databases... 20 Million Hands! I have backups but I will have lost some of the latest hands since I last backed up.

Actually the PT3 Database is fine (with my played hands on) so I haven't lost any hands but the other databases aren't there. I have back-ups of all the observed databases.

You can reconnect to the existing databases via Database > Database Management by clicking New and then Browse To Existing Database.

I got a dialog size warning when I just applied the stat configurations. What does that mean? It said my dialog was 955x749 when it should be under 1024x600.

A new version has been uploaded - Please re-download and install 3.11.4 Beta and it will fix that.

Interestingly, I didn't have this problem with 3.11.4 and am now having this problem with 3.11.5

Same here with 3.11.5Beta on a Mac. I will restore yesterdays version with TimeMachine.
