Time-zone in iPoker hand history

I play at PokerStars and iPoker in the same time. PokerStars hands have time zone, but iPoker (Offside Poker) don't. For example, "<startdate>2011-08-26 15:56:57</startdate>"). It seems like they have their server's time in hand history, not my local time. I do have time zone set correctly in Windows.
As a result, hands get imported in iPoker server time, so when I look at graph in PT3 with mixed hands from the two sites, hands displayed in the graph do not go in correct order. That's very inconvenient since I'd like to monitor my tilt tendencies and I need to know dynamics of various graphs (like red line) displayed correctly in time.
I know iPoker (software) is crap and I am not sure what are my chances making them to add timezone or something to resolve the problem. (Would it resolve the problem? Would PT3 import still work correctly?)
Would it be possible to add a configurable default time zone per poker site/network in import preferences tab? It would be great if the problem would be resolved in PT4 as well.

We don't have plans specifically relating to this in PT4 at this point in time. Could you create a support ticket for this issue and include a few hands? That would help us keep track so that we don't forget about it.
